ShareStory ("Application") is a free service created by Jesus Torres ("Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:

IP Address (for approximate location and ad targeting)
Operating system and device identifiers
Usage data (time spent in-app, pages visited)
Personal identifiers: Email and phone number (if provided during authentication)

3. Child Safety Standards (NCMEC)

Zero-Tolerance: ShareStory has a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation. We strictly prohibit the creation or sharing of any content that endangers minors.

Action: We proactively monitor and remove prohibited content and will report any instances of child endangerment to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

To ensure a safe collaborative experience, we prohibit:

Objectionable Content: Hate speech, harassment, nudity, or graphic violence.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove violating content and permanently ban users.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time:

In-App: Use the [Settings > Delete Account] menu.
Web Request: Use our Data Deletion Request Form.

Upon deletion, identifiers (email, photo, friend associations) are removed from active databases within 30 days.

6. Advertising and GDPR/US Consent

For users in the EEA, UK, and relevant US states, we provide a Consent Management Platform to manage your data preferences regarding personalized advertising through AdMob.
